Hi, my name is Bryan.

I am a certified life coach and a Masters in Counselling Student at Yorkville University. I have been working in the mental health and social services field for the past ten years with various organizations. I enjoy meeting with clients to discuss how I can be helpful to them on their journey for change and personal growth, by establishing meaningful treatment goals. I am devoted to delivering therapy services tailored to the unique values and preferences of each person. I utilize a trauma-informed approach that intentionally fosters a safe and supportive space, that is inviting and inclusive for all individuals.

I'm deeply committed to a strengths-based, holistic approach to psychotherapy, utilizing client-centered, trauma processing, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I support clients navigating trauma, discrimination, major life transitions, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, sleep issues, low self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, and ADHD.

I currently work with teenagers and adults in both individual and family therapy contexts. If you are interested in working together or scheduling an initial session to discuss treatment planning and goals, please contact our office at hello@mindandocean.com or email me directly at bsalangsangresources@gmail.com
