Hello, my name is Celna.

My therapy approach and style are simple and down-to-earth. You show up and we talk together about which services may be right for you, in a secure, non-judgemental and compassionate environment. My training is in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), with a focus on anxiety and trauma.

My approach to therapy is largely as a result of diverse life experiences. It is these life experiences that have influenced me to finding ways of helping people, using methods I have learned from my own personal journey to robust mental health. I believe a therapeutic process needs to be evidenced-based (proven to be helpful) and professional.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading books, painting, spending time with my husband and dogs, family, travelling, and being outdoors fishing or hiking.
