Introducing
Walk & Talk Individual Therapy/Counselling
Our ‘Walk and Talk’ service is for clients who prefer to be outside of the office environment with their therapist/counsellor. Sessions are pre-arranged to discuss location meeting prior to your appointment. Please make sure to dress appropriately for the weather (if walking outdoors), and ensure you are wearing proper shoes for walking!
