Diana Boyd

Diana has been studying Eastern medicine since 2022, and is currently in the process of obtaining her certification at Wild Rose College.

​Diana comes from a family of ancestors who used herbs and esoteric practices to heal and care for people.  She was born in the Philippines and immigrated to Canada where she grew up in the West-end of Winnipeg when she was 11 years old.  Diana completed her studies at the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors of Nursing degree, and became a Surgical Nurse shortly after. With 17 years of experience in this field, she continues to see how western medicine has evolved in amazing ways, but closely observes some of its ongoing traditions.  

Her passion for Eastern Healing began years ago when she realized some hard truths about the institutions of our modern culture. Lifestyle changes, discipline, deep curiosity, and love for learning new things have helped her feel inspired to curate self care tools she loves using for herself, and also to share with others. 

Diana shares her inspiration for tarot card reading with a talented local mentor who influenced her on this path which became one of her passions. Diana provides tarot card reading in addition to the services she provides at Pearl of the Meadow Apothecary.
